Postpartum Doula

With over 9 years of experience, many families trusting me and a 15-week training course/certificate,  I would love the opportunity to support you, your family, and your baby.

I can support your feeding/breastfeeding journey, show you how to babywear (I love babywearing), take care of baby so you can sleep/eat/get stuff done, or snuggle baby, and I'll get things done—and so much more!

What does a postpartum doula do?

  • Emotional and physical health
  • Postpartum recovery best practices
  • Self-care strategies
  • Infant care
  • Infant feeding troubleshooting
  • Information, advocacy, and referrals
  • Partner support
  • Integrating the infant into the family
  • Supporting attachment
  • Screening for perinatal mood disorders
  • Snack and meal prep (depending on the doula)
  • Household organization (depending on the doula)

Overnight Care - Night Doula

I absolutely love doing overnights!  My favorite thing to take care of baby so you, parents, can sleep peacefully knowing baby is in very good hands.   I can do light house chores (like folding laundry and doing dishes) to reminding you to pump or make the most perfect formula bottle.. whatever you choose! We work on sleep training depending on the age (usually around 10 weeks old or older... younger then that and they just can't learn it.  I make sure to take care of your baby just like I did my own.

NOTE:  I can not do more then 3 nights a week due to my day job.

$30 per hour
