It doesn't matter what type of birth you desire... an unmediated birth, epidural birth, or cesarean birth.... we, as birth doula's, are here to support you.

Our packages can be customized to fit your needs.

We offer both Birth and Postpartum Support.

Why do I set a time limit for my services during labor and birth?

However much I want to be there for your entire labor (after 15 hours), I physically, emotionally and mentally can not. It took one time of being at a labor for over 24 hours, I realized it's not fair to the birthing person/mom to have an overtired doula. It's my job to be completely present, and after 15 hours, I am not. The hourly rate pays for another doula to come in and give you their full attention and help you have a positive, amazing birth. I can tell you it's very rare my time exceeds 15 hours (I can count on one hand out of hundreds of births that it's happened). Labor happens in such a way that by the time you are ready for me, typically you are in active labor, which between that and birth, often lasts less than 15 hours.
